People will always be enslaved by the rich as long as private bankers have the power to create and issue and regulate the value of currency.
The Banks will always make slaves out of the nations workers.

The bank causes division in politics to further their hold on the American people.

Our congress are charged with that duty but they illegally gave the power to the private banks of the Federal Reserve to print issue and regulate the value of currency.
Its the governments job to print and issue money, not the banks.

"Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. The Bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create deposits, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again.

However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of Bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create deposits."

They actually pay you to hold on to your money.

...and if they don't, i'd definitely go shopping for a different bank.

Plus, i was thinking more like something along the lines of, "loans".

so it can be said that you pay them to keep your money...with out your money they would not be making theirs

No, that cannot be said. In order for that to be the case, you'd have to have a net loss of money.

But you don't. You have a net gain of money, after all is said and done. That's the exact opposite of paying. That's receiving.

They give you interest, but they also give you bank fees, if you do not keep up a certain balance then you are actually having a net loss of money.

Banks do not bother me, but of course I am more fortunate than most people, so I guess maybe I do not count.

I have money market accounts, so I make interest on checking and savings accounts as long as I keep a minimum balance. I also do not pay fees as long as my balance is kept at a minimum.

It is a mutually beneficial relationship, IMO. If you wish to purchase a house and get a mortgage, the financial institution that you bank with is likely to help.

I see no problems with banks..YOU want to make more money, get a better job, get a masters degree... It is not a banks fault that people are poor.
