I don't think Clinton, McCain or Guiliani would be as bad as Bush and certainly not worse. I'm actually torn between Obama and Hillary right now out of those on the Democrat's side. I think they both have good potential if elected, my only conern is whether they could win over the general public. |

| I don't know, i think rudy has the potential to be just as bad as bush. Voting him would be making the same mistake all over again - voting for an idiot. |

Hillary and mccain are many things, but they don't seem to be flagrantly incompetant. That's what makes bush so bad; it's not his politics, but his incompetance. |

because people are afraid of change, and progressive candidates call out the ills of society that people like to pretend do not exist.
so i speak only in terms of electability. (if that is even a word) |

Mccain.
He's really turned me off lately. I wouldn't have said this four years ago. |

Amen, jusdeadphunky, I've felt the same lately.
I personally LOVE Dennis Kucinich, but he has no potential to ever be President and I accepted that a long time ago.
For now, I'm pretty strongly behind Obama. But I don't think Tom Vilsack would be terrible. |
