Israel has two or three hundred nuke warheads to defend themselves agains Iran that has zero nukes.
Why should we have to cover for Israel they can take care of themselves. |

because we need access to ports so the oil companies can transport the iraqi oil cheaply; therefore just as saddam invaded iran and kuwait in attempts to gain ports, the u.s. is going to do the same thing under the guise of protecting israel.
this is why simply providing israel with our weapons for free is not enough... |

We shouldn't be defending Israel per se, but we should be working to diplomatically head off nuclear crises in any situation. |

Me and Anym joke around, you don't particularly want to be on the opposite side of an argument with exton, cause he'll kill you dead  Cornopean and SteelCity are conservative, as is CustomFordGirl. I believe the rest of the board pretty much is centrist/leftist/libertarian.

He's being sarcastic, making fun of radical christians.
Some radical christians promote funding israel, and selling them weapons, because they believe the a war over the state of israel will bring about the apocolypse - which they think is a good thing. |
