If you look in the upper left hand corner...I added an RSS feed...this will keep you updated on latest posts. If your using FireFox you can simply click on XML button and then click 'Subscribe to Live Bookmarks' and have the most recent posts updated automatically in your bookmarks...
If your using Yahoo you can add it to your 'My Yahoo' account.
