well if we judge/admit/hire blacks using lower criteria than we use for other races, doesn't that sort of feed the rumor that blacks aren't really capable of measuring up? |

Sure, it could feed that rumor. Or it could mirror the fact that racial issues are still very prevalent in our society and that minorities and the majority still do not find equality in all things.
Here's what I want to know from you corno:
Do you have anything new to add to this subject since we last discussed it, or are you simply going to use this topic to reiterate that you think liberals are worse than the KKK because of their support for Affirmative Action? |

So your answer to my question was "no Toxic, I have nothing new to add; I just revived a dead topic to repeat my hateful message." Thanks for making yourself so clear, corn. You're right though corno; it's the fault of the people that actually address the problems of minorities head-on instead of ignoring them like some conservatives or being the cause of the problems like age-old slave owners and the KKK.

I'm glad YOU know what Affirmative Action is before you explain it to other people. AA doesn't "lower the standards" by any means. It simply encourages and enforces diversity so that parts of our workforce, etc. don't turn out all-white due to discrimination. It doesn't lower the standards; it doesn't hire dumb blacks while denying smart whites jobs; it doesn't seek to replace white people with members of minorities; etc., etc. |
