No way! A restaurant owner can throw anyone they want out. "We reserve the right to refuse anyone service"....The sign says! Have done it myself before for a known complainer. Told him that we didn't need his business, thank you and have a nice day.  |

That sign we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone is trouble for a business owner, it just opens the door to lawsuits regarding discrimmination, so on so on |
