Clinton cheated on his wife, lied about it under oath to 300 million people in violation of Federal law, and tried to avoid impeachment by killing 10, 000 Iraqis in bombing raids on civilian targets under the pretense of enforcing "no-fly" zones.

it can be argued that clinton bombed iraq to divert media attention from his impeachment proceedings. |

It can also be argued that i own an invisible pink unicorn.
Much like the argument you mention, though, it will inevitably fail. |

You obviously weren't paying attention to the news at the time. He started bombing Iraq on the very same day when imperachment proceedings were scheduled to begin, and Congress decided to delay impeachment as a result. |
So you're changing your story now?
Because the correct way to describe that version is:
"Clinton changed the timing of his attack on iraq to coincide with, and thus delay, the impeachment hearings".
But that's not what you said. You said that he bombed iraq to distract from the impeachment hearings. That implies that, if clinton were never impeached, then he never would have bombed iraq, which is obviously incorrect.

If by that you mean "Clinton opposed Gingrich's attempts to balance the budget", then yes, you'd be correct. |
i was not arguing in favor of that notion. i was just pointing it out. |

| I know. And i was just pointing out that you can, in fact, argue for literally anything. Thus making the ability to argue for something irrelevent. |

It's just one page back, too.

It is, but he still holds the moral highground.
a) He had the balls to comeout to admit it. He didn't pussout and make an ass out of himself lieing in federal court and to the American people.
b) His adultry didn't waste billions of tax lawyers for lawyers, court battles, and investigations.
c) His adultry was more consentual. Clinton's was virtualy rape against several interns who were intimidated by Clinton's power over them.
d) Newt's adultry did not divert America's attention from more pressing matters. Like the rising threat of Aphganastain's radicals, the fact that we were moving toward a police state where SWAT Teams could break into your house and send little boys back to Cuba, and elections were becoming more and more shadey.
e) Newt tries his best to makeup for what he did by being a good person. What has Bill Clinton done lately to redeem himself? |

Had the balls to come out and admit it...10 years later?
No, that's not good enough.

Neither did bill's.
Who wasted that money?
The people who impeached him.
(Newt)

Right. Prove it.

You do realize that newt was part of the people who impeached clinton, right?

Redeem himself? For lying about a blowjob? Usually an "i'm sorry" suffices for that kind of offense - which he did.
But there's more. Wiki has a section on his humanitarian work.

My God...
you're still rambling on about that witch hunt of an impeachment?
Most people in America would give their eye teeth to have Clinton back instead the the republican mess we have there now
To even compare Newt to Bill Clinton smacks as ludicrous
the lies and crimes of this administration make everything from Nixon...to Iran - Contra pale in comparison |

I just thought it was a bit self-defeating to claim invisibility and pinkness.
Why do you have to redeem yourself if you get a blowjob btw? Can I just write a check to society? |

I'm not sure. Maybe it's all those millions of innocent sperm cells that get killed. If a person thinks that abortion is murder, then a blowjob must be a holocaust. |
