| Hitler, and many of the leaders of the Third Reich, believed in a type of Paganism. They revered Odin and the Nordic pantheon, the religion widely held by the Germanic peoples pre-Christendom. The symbols of the Norse religion, or runes, were all over Nazi Germany's culture, in particular the Waffen-SS. Many of the runes were used to denote rank or a duty. Himmler believed that he was the reincarnate of an ancient Germanic ruler, Henrick I. Many German soldiers believed if they conceived a child near a cemetery their child would be the reincarnate one of the souls hanging around, and possibly a great German war hero. Reincarnation is something believed in by Pagans, not Christians. Many in the modern day White Power movement still believe in Odinism and not Christianity. But, many White Power Christians have their own denomination of Christianity, the Church of the Creator. |

Ahh yes, to say you're a Christian must mean you stand for everything Christian and represent all others of the same faith.
Ignorance should be a religion all it's own. |
