Oh really? When just about all the economists out there say Reagan's tax cuts were DIRECTLY responsible for the recession of 91- 92 and his business policies were the beginning of the chaos we are seeing now
BTW the chaos we are seeing now pretty much has nothing to do with Reagan's policies. The only thing you can blame him for is possibly starting business bubbles but those were already going on in the 70s.
The chaos we see today are due to tons of factors and no one knows who is directly responsible. Republicans say it was Carter and Clinton and Democrats say it was Reagen and both Bush's. If you want to break it all down they all played a part as well as the opposing parties who controlled congress. Another thing that should get a big brunt of the blame is the Federal Reserve. I feel is the only reason we haven't been able to directly blame the Federal Reserve is because they have no outside oversight to see what they are actually doing wrong.
