Man shoots friend in argument over James Brown's height

ATMORE, Alabama: A man shot a friend after an argument over the height of recently deceased soul singer James Brown, police said.
Dan Gulley Jr., 70, was charged with assault in connection with the shooting of David James Brooks Jr., 62, Monday, police said.
Gulley shot Brooks twice in the abdomen, and Brooks went to his car, got a gun and shot at Gulley but missed, officers told the Press-Register newspaper.
Information on Brooks' condition was not available. Officers did not believe alcohol was a factor.
Brown, 73, died of heart failure Christmas morning in an Atlanta hospital. |

However, this could only happen in a perfect computer literate world...which...is an oxymoron...so it can't happen.
I live in the somewhat ghetto of New Jersey...deaths like this happen all the time...fights over sneakers...race...opinion...no jokes...
