| Maybe you should read about what he actually believes, and think about if you really believe all of it too. |

| i like ron paul but kucinich is a much better choice. kucinich is my congressman and although he is lowsey at that, his foreign policy ideals are great. he is someone who would do well in a role like a senator or president, but he is not focused enough on local issues to be an effective representative. |

How is this classic liberal? | Strong centeral government is an opposite belief to liberal ideas.
Big government paves the way for fore authoritarian rule.
Authoritarianism left or right is not good. |

believe it or not he's right on that. Classic liberalism is anti big gov. (it's funny how it originated in France). Classic conservatism however was on the side of monarchies, dictators, and the church. (it's funny how that started in England) |

He wants to get rid of the CIA and the IRS. That gets my vote immediately. There were a lot of well founded fears in 1947 in regards to the consolodation of so much power in just one organization. Hindsight is a bitch. And the IRS? They are just a bloated private collection agency who's agents now get a commission of of how much back taxes they collect. |

| Small Gov. is smart Gov. there is no patent on it. This nation started with a very small Gov. Neither side can say that that is their foundation. Power begets the need for more institutions to control the populice.......Or, so they say...... |

| Debating whether government should be large or small kind of misses the point. It should be exactly the right size to get the job done. |
