Sure. you know that the CIA can not be sued now for there activities abroad, right? It was mainly for protection for what hasppened at Gitmo. Italy is also seeking extradition of some agents for interfering with an investigation of some alleged terrorist. The CIA swooped in and took the guy to one of there "black site" prisons. The US is not recognizing extradition. |

No, we actually would visit. Any form of alien life - especially intelligent alien life - is of great scientific interest.
We would try to hide ourselves, to prevent cultural contamination. But if the aliens are at our level of technology, then there's not much you can do to hide. |
