Why does anyone need to cite a Supreme Court case just to tell you that the rights guaranteed in the constitution are guaranteed to everyone. To put it another why, why don't you cite the part of the Constitution that states that rights are only guaranteed to American citizens?

Unless you can prove that the Constitution only grants rights to a specific group, there's no need for a Supreme Court case. Otherwise, rights granted by it are negative (or is it positive?) meaning that everyone has all rights and specific court cases block certain rights. Or are you unable to follow this logic?

Where does it say that the rights are only for Americans? I have it on my screen and I don't see anything of the sort.

You're on a computer. Load up a copy of the Constitution, then copy and paste the part you're referring to.

In case you've forgotten how, you select the text you want to copy, then right-click and select "Copy". You then come to this page, click "post reply" and right-click again, selecting "Paste". Then hit "Submit".

I hate to butt in at such an emotional conversation, but I will not stand for this drudgery anymore!!!

The whole shooting an unarmed man thing is BLOWN WAY OUT OF PROPORTION, the reason they are in jail because the illegal immigrant support groups would snivel and whine. If the two agents were in Los Angeles, Huston, or any city for that matter, and they shot, AND KILLED a person who seemed to be armed, they would investigate it, and find no wrong doing, and life would go on. They have been in jail for some odd time, without being charged with a crime that I know of.
